After a successful payment, your terminal gives you several options for sharing a receipt with the customer.
Depending on your terminal model, you may be able to:
- Print a paper receipt (if your terminal has a built-in printer)
- Send a receipt via SMS to the customer’s phone number
- Send a receipt via email
- Display a QR code that the customer can scan to view their receipt
Step by step
- Complete the payment as normal.
- On the payment confirmation screen, you’ll see receipt options.
- Choose the method the customer prefers: print, SMS, email, or QR code.
- If sending via SMS or email, enter the customer’s details when prompted.
Note: Receipt options are configured during terminal setup. If you’re not seeing all the options listed above, contact Stitch support to check your terminal’s configuration.
