When will I receive my money?

Your in-person (card machine) transactions settle on the same schedule as your online transactions through Stitch Express.

Here’s how settlement works:

• Settlement happens Monday to Saturday - there is no settlement on Sundays.
• Daily cutoff is 20:00 - transactions processed before 20:00 are included in that day’s settlement.
• Card-present and online transactions settle together - you’ll see both in a single settlement to your bank account.
• Settlement is 5 days - this means transactions from Saturday and Sunday are settled on Monday (along with Monday’s transactions).

Example

A payment taken at 14:00 on a Wednesday will be included in Wednesday’s settlement batch. A payment taken at 21:00 on a Wednesday (after the 20:00 cutoff) will be included in Thursday’s settlement batch.

Settlements are paid into the bank account linked to your Stitch Express profile. You can view your settlement details on your dashboard at express.stitch.money.
