The RRN (Retrieval Reference Number) is a unique number printed on the payment slip that identifies the original transaction. It’s typically needed when processing refunds manually or through support.
If you don’t have the RRN, here are your options:
- Check the transaction history on your terminal - you can find the transaction there and refund it directly without needing the RRN.
- Log in to your Stitch dashboard at express.stitch.money - search for the transaction by date, amount, or card details.
- If you can’t locate the transaction through either method, contact Stitch support with as much detail as possible: the approximate date, time, amount, and last four digits of the card used.
Step by step
- Try finding the transaction on your terminal’s transaction history first.
- If not found on the terminal, log in to your Stitch dashboard and search for it.
- If you still can’t locate it, contact Stitch support with the transaction details you do have.
