Your terminal uses two PINs for different purposes:
- Login PIN - used once when the terminal is first set up or reallocated. It authenticates the terminal with the Stitch payment system.
- Supervisor PIN - used as a security measure for sensitive actions on the terminal, such as processing refunds. This prevents unauthorised staff from performing high-risk transactions.
Where to find your PINs
Both PINs are available on your Stitch Express dashboard:
- Log in to your dashboard at express.stitch.money.
- Navigate to your terminal settings.
- Your Login PIN and Supervisor PIN will be displayed.
Important: Only account Owners and Admins can view the PINs. Members do not have access. Keep your Supervisor PIN secure - only share it with trusted staff who are authorised to process refunds.
