Withdrawals move money from your Stitch Express Available Balance to your bank account. You can withdraw once your account is verified.
Current vs Available Balance
- Current Balance is everything that has come in, including sales that haven't settled yet.
- Available Balance is what has settled and is ready to withdraw, after fees.
Sales move from Current to Available as they settle. Sales made before 20:00 reflect in your Available Balance by 11:00 the next day. Saturday sales settle on Sunday, Sunday sales settle on Tuesday, and public holidays add a business day. More on balances.

Good to know: instant withdrawals made on a Sunday or public holiday clear on the next business day. Very large withdrawals made outside banking hours may also only clear in the next banking window.
Automatic withdrawals
Instead of withdrawing manually, you can set automatic withdrawals from your dashboard. Choose how often you want to be paid out and whether each withdrawal is standard or instant.
If you can't withdraw
Withdrawals stay unavailable until you finish the Get verified step on your dashboard. If you're verified and withdrawals still aren't available, email express-support@stitch.money and we'll sort it out.
